Real Estate Video Production Company in Bangalore

A real estate video production company in Bangalore is a team that turns a property, a project, or a piece of architecture into a film people actually want to watch. Not a slideshow of stills with sad piano music. A proper walkthrough, drone footage of the site, the light moving through a flat at golden hour, maybe a 3D flythrough of a building that isn’t even built yet. We’re Denzong Films, based in Kodihalli, and we shoot this kind of work alongside the rest of our production slate. This is the honest version of how it gets made, what changes the price, and what to ask before you hire.

If you sell, build, or design property here, the question isn’t really “should I make a video”. A buyer scrolling at 11pm decides in a few seconds whether your project feels real or feels like a brochure. The video does that job.

What “real estate video” actually covers (it’s broader than you think)

People say “property video” and mean four different things. Worth sorting them out, because each costs and takes a different amount of time.

  • Listing or walkthrough videos. The most common ask. A stabilised camera through a flat or villa, the flow room to room, cut tight. Great for a single unit on the market.
  • Project films for developers. The big one. A new launch or a finished township needs a film that sells the lifestyle, not the floor plan. Drone over the site, families using the amenities, a voiceover that doesn’t sound like an insurance ad.
  • Architectural and 3D visualisation. When the building is half-built or only on paper, you can’t shoot it. So you build it in 3D and fly a virtual camera through it. We do this in-house.
  • Brand films for the developer. Not about one project, but who the builder is and why they build the way they do. Closer to a corporate film than a property tour.

Most clients need two or three stitched together. Knowing which pieces you need is half the job.

Why real estate footage is harder than it looks

Shooting a building is genuinely tricky, and it’s mostly a fight with two enemies: light and space.

Think of a flat like a glass of water held up to a window. Your eye sees both the bright outside and the dim inside at once, no problem. A camera can’t. So an empty room with big windows comes out either as a blown-out white square where the view should be, or a dark cave with a nice view. Fixing that means bracketing exposures, lighting the interior to match the outdoors, and shooting at the right hour. Morning light and the half hour after sunset do half the work for free.

The second enemy is space. Rooms are small, and a wide lens that fits the whole room makes it look like a fish tank, all bent walls and stretched corners. The fix is the right lens, the right height, and a slow stabilised move that lets the room breathe. You can tell in ten seconds whether a crew knew this.

We’ve put this discipline into work with hard deadlines, delivering finished films inside 24 hours for clients like Accel and the Groww IPO film for Peak XV. Property work rarely needs that speed. But the same planning is what keeps a site visit from running long and costing you more.

What drives the cost (so the quote stops feeling random)

Quotes for property video feel like a black box. They aren’t. The number moves on a handful of things you can see and control.

  • Length and number of deliverables. One 60-second film is one thing. A 2-minute hero film plus five Instagram cutdowns is another. Same shoot day, but the edit is where the hours pile up.
  • Drone. Adds a licensed pilot, kit, and sometimes permissions. Worth it for scale shots, skip it for a single interior.
  • 3D or animation. If the building isn’t built, or you want an animated floor plan, that’s modelling time. The most labour-heavy line on most quotes.
  • Staging and talent. An empty flat reads as cold. Add a couple having coffee, a kid by the window, and it reads as home. People on set add to the day.
  • Music and voiceover. A stock track is cheap and sounds like everyone else. An original score sounds like you. We compose music in-house, overnight when needed. Our film Kala Loka ran on a score we wrote, not a track we licensed.

We won’t quote a number here, because anyone who gives you a flat price before understanding your project is guessing. Tell us the budget and we’ll tell you which of these levers to keep and which to drop.

The production pipeline, start to finish

A film gets made the way a restaurant serves a meal. The prep before anyone sits down, the cooking when the heat is on, and the plating that decides whether it looks worth the price. Skip any one and the whole thing falls apart.

Pre-production is the prep. We walk the site or study the plans, work out the shot list, check what time the light hits which rooms, and lock the schedule. The boring stage, and the one that decides whether shoot day is calm or chaos.

Production is the cooking. The shoot itself. Camera, stabiliser, lights, drone, the crew moving fast while the good light lasts. A single unit is often half a day. A full project with amenities and aerials, one to two days. We shoot for the edit, so we don’t waste time grabbing shots that won’t make the cut.

Post-production is the plating. The edit, the colour grade that makes the marble and the greenery pop, the music, the floor-plan graphics. This is where a decent shoot becomes a film. We handle animation, motion graphics, and grading under one roof, so the 3D flythrough and the live footage feel like one piece, not two things glued together.

How to choose a real estate video production company in Bangalore

One rule covers most of it: look at the work, not the website copy. Anyone can write “premium”. Fewer can show you a property film where the interiors don’t look flat and the drone shot doesn’t wobble. Ask for the reel first, talk price second. A few things worth checking:

  • Do they show real estate work, or just corporate stuff? Shooting a CEO interview and shooting a 2BHK are different jobs. You want both on the reel.
  • Can they handle 3D if your project isn’t built yet? A lot of crews can shoot but can’t model. If you’re pre-launch, this matters.
  • Do they own the drone and post work, or sub it out? Sub-contracting adds cost and slows revisions. In-house is faster and the look stays consistent.
  • What does their review history say? We’re at 91 reviews on Google with a 5.0 average, which you can go and read yourself before trusting us with a launch.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a real estate video cost in Bangalore?

There’s no fixed price, because the work varies so much. A single-unit walkthrough is a fraction of a full developer launch film with drone and 3D. The number moves on length, number of cutdowns, and whether you need aerials or 3D. Share your project and budget and we’ll quote against what you actually need.

Can you make a video if the building isn’t constructed yet?

Yes. That’s what 3D architectural visualisation is for. We build the project in 3D from your plans and fly a virtual camera through it, so buyers can walk the space before a single brick is laid. We can also blend this with live drone footage of the real site.

Do you handle drone shoots and permissions?

Yes, with a licensed pilot. Drone footage gives the scale that sells a project, the shot showing how the plot sits against the road and the skyline. Some areas of Bangalore need permissions, which we sort during pre-production so shoot day runs clean.

How long does a real estate video take to deliver?

A single-unit walkthrough can be shot in half a day and delivered about a week after. A full project film with drone, 3D, and multiple edits usually takes two to three weeks, because the post-production carries the weight. If you’re under a launch deadline, tell us and we’ll be straight about what’s possible.

Do you only work with developers, or with individual sellers too?

Both. We shoot single-unit listing videos for individual owners and brokers, and full launch films for developers and architects. A flat going on the market and a township launch are different jobs, and we scope each to what it actually needs.

If you’ve got a property to sell or a launch coming up, the best next step isn’t a longer email. See our work, then contact us and tell us about the project. We’ll be straight about what it takes to shoot it well.
