The studio is small, deliberately. Ten people, plus a tight freelance bench. Everyone here cares how a frame looks, how a cut breathes, how a film lands. We don’t carry passengers. If you take the work personally, you’ll find your people in this room.
Creative freedom with the brief as the spine. You aren’t here to execute someone else’s vision down to the comma. You are here because you have a point of view. Bring it. The brief is what we judge it against, not the templates.
Real responsibility from week one. First-time editors run their own cuts. First-year producers own client calls. We don’t shadow people for months. We brief, hand the work over, and back you up when it gets hard.
What we look for
Four signals we hire on.
Skill we can sharpen. Tools we can teach. These four are harder to install. If they’re already in you, the rest is upside.
Taste over polish
You care how things look, sound, and feel. A bad type pairing bothers you. A flabby cut bothers you more. We can teach process. We can’t teach the instinct that something is a touch off.
Build, don't ask permission
You spot a gap, you fix it. A broken template, a missing brief format, a cleaner way to send footage. Owners ship. We need more owners, not more proposers.
Direct in the room
You can hear feedback without making it personal. You can give it without making it sting. Hard ideas get said early here. The work gets better. That’s the point.

Motion
Motion graphics, 2D and 3D, and the design that holds it together. Type that behaves, frames that move with intent. After Effects, Cinema 4D, and a real eye for craft.

How do I apply?
Use the form on this page. Include portfolio or work samples wherever possible. Real work matters more than a polished CV.
What does the hiring process look like?
Application review takes 3 to 5 days. If your work fits, you go to a 30-minute portfolio call, then a 60-minute team interview, then a paid trial brief, then offer. Typically 2 to 3 weeks end to end.
Do you hire freelancers?
Yes. We have an active freelance bench across DOPs, editors, motion designers, sound, AD, line producers. Apply via the same form. Mention “freelance” in the role field.
What’s the compensation range?
Interns Rs. 10K to Rs. 24K per month. Full-time roles start at Rs. 33K per month, going up to Rs. 70K+ for senior IC. Director-level roles negotiated case by case. Performance reviews twice a year.
Where is the studio?
HAL 3rd Stage, Kodihalli, Bangalore. 10 minutes from Indiranagar. We work in-office, with flexibility for shoot days and edit weeks.
What’s the team like?
10 people core, ages 22 to 37, mix of MICA, IIT, NID, SSU backgrounds plus a strong freelance bench. Founder-led, direct, fast feedback. Loud in the room, but quiet at the edit bay.
