Denzong Films is a video production studio in Bangalore, founded in 2019 by Subham Sharma. Built on quiet intention, craft, and ambition.
We work at the intersection of scale and intention: fast enough to stay close to culture, structured enough to carry ideas forward without losing their shape.
We produce brand films, corporate videos, podcasts, animation, and AI-led campaigns for brands including Puma, Meta, EY, Audi, GIVA, Dezerv, and Antler. 200+ projects. 50+ brands. All of it in the work.

Our studio is in HAL 3rd Stage, Kodihalli, Bangalore — 10 minutes from Indiranagar. From here we move with the story, wherever it needs to be told. We’ve shot across India and abroad, bringing the same energy and standard to every place we work. The foundation is Indian. The perspective is global.

Motion designer turned founder. Built Denzong into a studio trusted by brands like Puma, Meta, and EY. Leads the studio's vision, shapes the creative direction, and protects the culture behind the work.

Swapna Manjunath
The bridge between clients and the studio. Leads business and client experience across projects, ensuring every engagement moves smoothly from first conversation to final delivery.

Harshita Gaddipati
MICA graduate and former creative at Dentsu Creative. Brings strategic thinking and creative clarity to every project, guiding ideas from concept to execution while keeping the team aligned along the way.
Assistant Producer
Libna Mathew
Owns the company sales line and the production floor. Qualifies every incoming lead, runs sales conversations for smaller accounts, and project-manages shoot days from call sheet to wrap.
Senior Editor
Kalyan Goud
Seven years deep in edit suites, including a stretch co-founding Cinefirm. Leads post-production at Denzong from rough cut to delivery and sets the standard for the room.
Talent Coordinator

The people side of the studio. Runs our freelance bench, coordinates talent for shoots, and owns onboarding for every new hire. Quietly keeps the crew machine moving.

Where is Denzong Films based?
Our studio is in HAL 3rd Stage, Kodihalli, Bangalore. About ten minutes from Indiranagar. We've shot across India and internationally, but the base is always Kodihalli.
Who is the founder of Denzong Films?
Subham Sharma, who founded the studio in 2019 after a career in motion graphics and animation.
What does the name “Denzong” mean?
“Denzong” is the ancient Tibetan name for Sikkim, meaning “Rice Valley.” The name was chosen deliberately — something quiet, specific, and rooted in place.
How big is the team?
A 10-person core team in Bangalore plus a freelance crew network for productions at any scale. The team that takes the brief is the team that delivers the work.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Brand films, corporate videos, podcasts, AI-led campaigns, animation, event coverage, and documentaries. We work with brands at any stage — from early-stage founders to global companies like Meta and Puma.
