Denzong Media Private Limited (“we”, “Denzong”) runs denzongfilms.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or book the studio, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What we collect

When you book or enquire, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your company name and GSTIN, if you want a GST invoice in a business name
• The date, time and setup you booked
• Payment status. The payment itself is handled by Razorpay. We receive a confirmation and a transaction ID, never your card number, CVV or bank login.

When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics and Google Ads: pages visited, approximate location, device type and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

2. Why we collect it

• To confirm your booking and send you the session details on WhatsApp and email
• To issue a GST invoice, which the law requires us to keep for 8 years
• To contact you about your session, for example if the studio schedule changes
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing messages unless you have opted in.

3. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run a booking:

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We may also share data if the law requires it, for example a tax authority request.

4. How long we keep it

• Booking and invoice records: 8 years, as required under GST and Income Tax rules
• Enquiry details that never became a booking: 12 months
• Analytics data: as per Google’s retention settings, set to 14 months

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data request” and we will reply within 7 working days. Invoice records cannot be deleted before the statutory retention period ends.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and to remember your booking form while you fill it in. You can block cookies in your browser. The booking form will still work.

7. Security

The site runs on HTTPS. Payment pages are served by Razorpay and are PCI DSS compliant. Access to booking data inside Denzong is limited to the team members who handle bookings and invoicing.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. Material changes will be flagged on the booking page.
