Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
This policy covers podcast studio bookings made on denzongfilms.com. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.
How the advance works
A booking is confirmed when you pay 50% of the estimated total. That advance holds the slot for you and turns away other bookings for that time. Because of that, the advance is not refundable. What you can do is move the date.
Moving your date
- Ask at least 48 hours before your booked slot and we move your advance to a new date at no charge.
- The new date must fall within 30 days of the day you ask to move. Pick any open slot in that window.
- One move per booking. If the new date needs to change again, the advance is forfeited and a fresh booking is needed.
Cancelling
- If you cancel, or ask to move less than 48 hours before the slot, or do not turn up, the advance is not refunded and the slot is released.
- No cash refunds are issued for a change of mind, for any reason, at any notice period.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your session for a reason on our side, such as an equipment fault, a crew emergency, or a building issue, you choose between a full refund of everything paid and a new slot at no extra cost. If a fault stops a session part-way and we cannot fix it that day, the time lost is re-recorded free or refunded. This is the only case in which money is returned.
Refunds in that case go back to the same card, UPI ID or bank account you paid from, through Razorpay, within 2 working days of our side. Banks then take 5 to 7 working days to show it. GST on a refunded amount is refunded with it and a credit note is issued against the original invoice.
Things not covered
- Extra hours used on the day are billed and are not refundable.
- Editing or other post-production work already started is billed for the work done.
To move a date
Message +91 99809 08348 on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your booking date and name. We confirm the new slot in writing within one working day. The timestamp of your message decides whether you are inside or outside the 48-hour window.
