This website, denzongfilms.com, is run by Denzong Media Private Limited (CIN U59111KA2026PTC220221), registered at 1st Floor, 25, 6th Cross, Behind Leela Palace, Kodihalli, H.A.L II Stage, Bengaluru 560008, Karnataka. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Denzong” mean that company. “You” means the person or business booking with us.

By booking the podcast studio or paying through this site, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell here

The site takes bookings for the Denzong podcast studio in Kodihalli, Bengaluru, and collects advance payments for those bookings. Film production, editing and other services are quoted separately and are covered by their own written agreement.

2. Bookings and pricing

• Studio time is billed by the hour. The first hour is charged at the rate shown for the setup you pick (Standard or Premium, 1, 2 or 3 cameras). Every hour after that is a flat additional-hour rate, shown on the booking page.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout.
• The studio runs from 9 am to 9 pm. Bookings outside those hours need a written OK from us first.
• A slot is held for you only once the advance is paid. An unpaid booking request lapses after 24 hours.

3. Payment

• To confirm a slot you pay 50% of the estimated total as an advance, through our payment partner Razorpay. Razorpay is licensed by the Reserve Bank of India as a payment aggregator. We never see or store your card details.
• The balance is due on the day of the session, before you leave the studio. We accept UPI, cards and bank transfer.
• A GST invoice is issued for every payment, including the advance.
• If a session runs longer than booked, the extra time is billed at the additional-hour rate and settled the same day.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

The advance is not refundable. You can move your date once, free, if you ask at least 48 hours before the slot, and the new date must be within 30 days. Full rules are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Your session

• Arrive 15 minutes before your slot. Time lost to a late arrival is still billed.
• You are responsible for any damage to studio equipment caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear.
• Recording is done by our crew. Raw files are delivered within 2 working days of the session unless we agree otherwise in writing. Editing is a separate service.
• We may decline to record content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

6. Content and rights

• You own the recording of your session. We keep no rights in your content.
• We may use the fact that you recorded with us, and your show’s name and artwork, in our portfolio and social pages, unless you tell us in writing not to. Ask and we will remove it.
• You confirm that you have the consent of everyone appearing in your recording.

7. Our liability

If equipment fails during your session and we cannot fix it on the day, we either re-record at no charge or refund what you paid for the affected time. That is the full extent of our liability. We are not liable for any indirect loss, such as lost sponsorship or missed release dates.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
